During my time at Tinyhood, we went through a rebrand, & I played a major part in creating & updating designs to rebuild our visual identity. I also was tasked with putting together our new branding guidelines, of which you will find some sample pages below.

In 2023 Tinyhood began marketing to, and partnering with, health plans, health systems, and providers—something that got me even more excited about the work I was doing.
I worked with our healthcare, marketing & product teams to create this B2B landing page, specifically targeted towards potential partners in this field. The goal was to create an easy-to-follow summary of our product, emphasizing maternal health accessibility & healthcare.

The below email drip campaign was created for users who came to us through their healthcare providers. One of Tinyhood's partners was noticing that members were not engaging with Tinyhood's platform, despite having an incentive of receiving a free car seat or stroller. Members of this particular partner's demographic were in a low-income area, with high maternal and infant mortality rates.
With each send, the goal was to get members to start watching the required classes for their given incentive. If after a certain amount of time, the member was still not engaging, the next email was sent.

In partnership with Cybex, we created an easy-to-follow, downloadable guide to help consumers with choosing and installing carseats, while also promoting Cybex's products. I created the guide from the ground up, including original illustrations and infographics. Along with the guide, I was tasked with creating social media ads to encourage consumers to download the handout. For some ads, the goal was to highlight that the guide was free. In other ads, we wanted to create a sense of urgency, without being fear-mongering, appealing to parents' desire to keep their children safe.

Below are examples of Meta and Instagram ads that were created to promote our classes and memberships. Images taken from our original video footage, or original photography, was always prioritized, but sometimes the use of stock imagery was necessary - which could be challenging. Through photo manipulation I made the stock imagery blend with our visual identity.

Our original newsletter was quickly created as a way to test some new ideas. After a few weeks, I worked with the email and marketing teams to make changes in the design to increase engagement. Post changes, engagement increased 15X (~350K), leading to sponsorship deals with brands such as Thrive Market, Ergo Baby, Como Tomo & Baby Brezza.

I was responsible for creating the majority of our Instagram content and curated the grid on a monthly basis, ensuring that it was visually balanced and aligned with our visual identity.
A lot of our social content required me to find fresh and creative ways to repurpose content from our classes and experts. This included tasks such as turning class clips into Instagram reels, reformatting handouts into bite-sized content, and using information from our experts to create save-worthy posts.

I created over 250 handouts to accompany Tinyhood's classes. The handouts included a wide range of content as seen in the examples below. I was also responsible for rebranding our handouts and took the opportunity to make the format more mobile friendly, and create new templates to streamline our handout-creation process.
